Lightning-Fast Wraps - Meat, Spinach, Carrot and Tomato

Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas (10 inch tomato-basil or spinach flavor)
- 1 piece gluten free bread (ivory teff wrap bread)
- 6 tablespoons French onion dip (toasted onion sour cream dip, check for gluten free)
- 6 slices deli turkey or 6 slices chicken or 6 slices beef or 6 slices ham
- 3⁄4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 3⁄8 cup carrot, shredded (measured when shredded)
- 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Directions
- Spread each tortilla or wrap bread with 2 tbsp dip. Top with meat, then spinach, tomato and carrot. Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator (up to 2 days).
- Cut each into 4 pieces to make pinwheels, if desired.
