Lighter Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (13 1/2ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and puree in food processor until smooth.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 2 hour and serve.
