  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a med bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stir in banana; cover and chill.
  2. Pour mixture into the freezer container of your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to freezer safe container, cover and freeze til firm.
