Light Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar or 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon tarragon
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
