Light Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Place potatoes in greased 2 quart baking dish.
- In saucepan heat water, bouillon, and garlic until bouillon is dissolved.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 70-80 minutes.
