Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup yellow miso (soybean paste)
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Directions
- Whisk the water, vinegar and miso together until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and combine.
- This makes about 1 1/3 cups, and the serving size is one tablespoon.
