Ingredients
- 4 slices light bread
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup egg substitute
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda granular
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325*.
- Put bread in a greased 9 x 9 pan
- Combine all ingredients and pour over bread.
- Bake uncovered for one hour.
