Light Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup egg substitute
- 1 1⁄2 cups mashed bananas
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 350.
- combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until all is moist and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool in pan about 10 minute place on wire rack to finish cooling.
