Libby's Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup Velveeta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup half-and-half, mixed with
- 4 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Boil potatoes until done; drain.
- Add the cheese, and milk mixed with the flour, to potatoes.
- Bring to a boil; then pour in buttered baking dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 1/2 hour or until brown on top.
