Libbi's Chocolate Pie

- Beat egg yolks, add milk. Beat. Sift together Equal Spoonful, cocoa, flour, and salt in a microwaveable bowl. Stir in about 1/3 of the milk mixture to make a smooth paste. Slowly stir in remaining milk/egg until smooth.
- Microwave about 4 minutes, stopping every 30 to 60 seconds to stir, until thick. Add 1T butter and 1/2 t. vanilla, stir until butter melts. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue if desired or lite whipped topping. Chill.
