Old Czech deep fried cookie; I have 2 recipes for this cookie.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  cup flour
• 1  cup  cream
• 2  egg yolks
• 1  egg
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon sugar

• topping

• 1⁄2 cup sugar

Directions

1. Blend flour, cream, egg yolks, egg, salt, and sugar together.
2. Work out dough like for noodles.
3. Let stand for a few minutes.
4. Roll out; cut in pieces.
5. Prick each piece with a fork.
6. Fry in hot fat.
7. Sprinkle with sugar.
