Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon of grated gingerroot
- 1⁄2 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- lettuce leaf
- of fresh mint, and
- basil leaves
- minced green onion
- 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 lime, cut in edges
- crushed peanuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix the 9 first ingredients and use it to marinate the chicken strips.
- Marinate 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken in a pan until is cook.
- Add the bean sprouts and greens onions and stir for 5 minutes.
- Roll the chicken mixture in the lettuce wraps.
- Add lime juice, extra of the sauce, fresh herbs and peanut.
- Enjoy!
