Less Than 250 Cal Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup carrot, cooked
  • 12 cup green beans, cooked
  • 1 12 cups  cooked noodles
  • 8  ounces  cooked chicken breasts
  • 1  tablespoon  diced onion
  • 14 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
  • 12 cup  breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Blend soup and milk in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients, except crumbs, together with blended soup mixture. T.
  3. Top with crumbs.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
  6. *I sometimes use canned green beans if I have no fresh beans and I often stir a bit of Parmesan cheese into the mixture in the casserole just to give it even more taste.
