Leslie's Raspberry Chocolate Ganache

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 -3 tablespoons raspberry jam
Directions
- Boil cream.
- Pour over chips in a bowl.
- Beat until smooth.
- Mix in jam.
- Set aside to cool until thick enough to spread on cake.
