Lesleigh's Thanksgiving Corn Bread

A great addition to a Thanksgiving dinner

Ingredients

  • 12 cup butter (melted)
  • 2  eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 8 12 ounces  Jiffy cornbread mix (1 box)
  • 15  ounces whole kernel corn, drained (1 can)
  • 15  ounces  creamed corn
  • 1  cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the wet ingredients first, then add the Jiffy mix.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 9X13 casserole dish (or crock pot).
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the to is golden brown and the center is cooked (use a toothpick to check).
