Lentil Salad

Ingredients
- 400 g green lentils
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, choped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook lentils in the boiling water
- Drain cooked lentils.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
