Lentil Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked brown lentils or 1 1⁄2 cups green lentils
- 1⁄3 cup crumbled feta
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1⁄3 cup kalamata olive, chopped
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cup tzatziki, sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Chop the cucumber, tomato, and kalamata into 1/2in pieces.
- Stir together the veggies, lentils, and feta.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the pita in the over or directly over a flame.
- Cut the pitas in half, open them up, spoon the tzatiki in the inside and fill up with the lentil filling. Enjoy!
