Lenten Bread - Ftira Tar-Randan

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  bread dough
  • 6  tablespoons olive oil
  • 6  tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Form dough into 12 balls.
  2. Cover and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll balls into 1/8 inch-thick rounds.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. Fry the rounds until golden brown. Remember to turn them over once while frying.
  6. Drizzle honey on the rounds.
  7. Serve while still warm.
  8. Enjoy!
