Lena's Meatballs

I copied these down from Olimipa, who wrote down instructions from her mom.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  •  for every pound  meat (mixture of beef, pork and or or turkey)
  • 1  handful  Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2  handfuls  pecorino cheese
  • 1  egg
  •  salt & pepper
  •  garlic powder (about 1 tsp.)
  •  fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350. Put foil on a cookie sheet and bake meatballs about 15 minutes. Turn balls over, scooping rendered fat to the side, and bake 15 minutes more.
  2. Add to sauce to heat through.
