Lena's Meatballs

Ingredients
- for every pound meat (mixture of beef, pork and or or turkey)
- 1 handful Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 handfuls pecorino cheese
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder (about 1 tsp.)
- fresh parsley
Directions
- Heat oven to 350. Put foil on a cookie sheet and bake meatballs about 15 minutes. Turn balls over, scooping rendered fat to the side, and bake 15 minutes more.
- Add to sauce to heat through.
