Lemony Tuna Patties

Yields: 12 patties
Ingredients
- 3 (12 ounce) cans chunk light tuna, drained
- 1 cup butter cracker crumb
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup lemons or 1⁄2 cup lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 1⁄2 cup cracker crumb
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cracker crumbs; mix well.
- Shape into 12 patties.
- Coat with cracker crumbs.
- Brown on both sides in margarine in a large skillet at medium heat.
- Serve with tater sauce or lemon.
- May heat in the microwave on high for 3 - 5 minutes.
