Lemony Tartar Sauce

This great with any fish. It is easy to make. I no longer buy tartar asuce since discovering how much better it is to make it fresh. Cook time is chill time.

• Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
• 2  tablespoons green onions
• 2  tablespoons  sweet pickle relish
• 2  tablespoons carrots
• 1  teaspoon lemon zest
• 2  teaspoons lemon juice
• 1  tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1  tablespoon capers
• 1  teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pulse until all are finely chopped and well combined.
3. Pour into a bowl; cover and chill for 30 minutes.
