Ingredients

  • 2  cups water, boiling
  • 3 -4  stalks lemongrass, peeled
  •  sugar or   sugar syrup, to taste

Directions

  1. Place lemongrass in a small 2-cup teapot.
  2. Pour boiling water over lemongrass and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot as an after-dinner tisane with sugar to taste.
