Lemon Vinaigrette

Love this on Arugula or just a tossed salad! Nice in the summer.

  1. In a small bowl combine first six ingredients.
  2. Gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended.
  3. Stir in shallots.
  4. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat and serve immediately if serving salad.
  5. I like to let the flavours marry overnight for a stronger flavour.
