Lemon Velvet Ice Cream

Delicious smooth lemon flavor. My all-time favorite ice cream :)

Ready In: 4 hrs 15 mins

Yields: 1 gallon

Ingredients

  • 1  quart  whipping cream
  • 1 13 cups  whipping cream
  • 1  quart milk
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 8  lemons, juice of
  • 4  cups sugar
  • 2  teaspoons  lemon extract
  • 1  tablespoon  grated lemon zest

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients throughly.
  2. Pour into ice cream freezer. Follow freezers instructions.
  3. Freeze for four hours.
