Lemon Velvet Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 quart whipping cream
- 1 1⁄3 cups whipping cream
- 1 quart milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 8 lemons, juice of
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
Directions
- Mix all ingredients throughly.
- Pour into ice cream freezer. Follow freezers instructions.
- Freeze for four hours.
