Lemon Velvet Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless chicken tenders or 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken breasts, strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup alfredo sauce
Directions
- For the chicken: Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place flour, seasoned salt and a dash of garlic powder in zip-top bag. Add chicken; seal tightly and shake to coat. Allow to rest 15 minutes.
- Place olive oil and butter in pan; swirl to coat. Place chicken in pan and cook 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally or until chicken begins to brown.
- Stir in capers. Pour lemon juice over chicken. Stir in Alfredo sauce and reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 6-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
