Lemon Tart

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) graham wafer crust
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 lb unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup ground almonds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 lemons, juice and zest of
- 1⁄2 cup almonds, sliced
Directions
- Cream the cheeses with the butter and sugar.
- Add all but the last ingredient, mixing well.
- Pour into the crust.
- Sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
- Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 45 minutes, or until the top puffs up and is nicely browned.
