Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup  champagne or 1⁄2 cup  sparkling wine
  • 1⁄3 cup  lemon-flavored liqueur (Lemoncello, Limoncello)
  • 1⁄2 cup  lemon sorbet

  1. Combine first two ingredients.
  2. Top with the sorbet and serve.
