Lemon Shrimp and Wild Rice

Ingredients
- 5 ounces cooked baby shrimp
- 1⁄3 cup wild rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Heat the chicken broth to boiling, add the wild rice, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 35 minutes.
- Thaw the shrimp under cold water and when the wild rice is cooked, add to the pan.
- Add the lemon juice and stir.
