Lemon Shrimp and Rice

  1. cook rice with water until done and fluffs up nice on fork; add lemon peel, chopped herb (cilantro or parsley) salt and pepper.
  2. in another pan throw garlic, butter, sliced lemon, oregano, salt, pepper, red chili flakes.
  3. When butter is melted add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Serve rice and spoon shrimp and butter mix on top.
  5. Serve with a simple spinach salad and fresh french bread and voila!
