Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 2 -3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions
- Place salmon fillets on oiled baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Chop rosemary and sprinkle over the top.
- Top with sliced lemons.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, depending on how thick your fillets are.
- Serve with rice or steamed potatoes and steamed asparagus with extra lemon slices.
