  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until blended.
  2. Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour batter onto pan and cook until batter begins to bubble or pancakes are brown around edges.
  4. Flip and cook on other side.
