Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄4 cup apple jelly
- 1 lemon, sliced
- oil (for frying)
Directions
- Coat pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and allspice. Brown in hot oil. Top with apple jelly and lemon slices. Cover and simmer, basting often for 40 minutes.
