Lemon Poppy Seed Bread ..oh so Easy

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant lemon pudding (dry)
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil or 3⁄4 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Directions
- Beat all the ingredients EXCEPT the poppy seeds until well blended.
- Add the poppy seeds and mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees in 2 well greased loaf pans for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Remove from pan, slice, serve, and enjoy.
