Lemon Pepper Nuts

Super simple, yet party-worthy! These are absolutely fantastic. Pepper is very mild.

Serves: 4

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  mixed  unsalted nuts (I used peanuts, almonds and pistachios)
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons lemon pepper

Directions

  1. In large pan, combine cashews and sugar over medium high heat.
  2. Stir until sugar melts completely (about 5-7 minutes). Lower heat, and stir in lemon pepper.
  3. Pour onto sheet of wax paper on a cooling rack, and spread out. Allow to cool.
  4. Store in tightly-sealed container.
