Lemon Penne & Shrimp Medley

Ingredients
- 12 ounces of lemon pepper penne rigate
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 1⁄2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in medium saucepan and add shrimp, garlic, lemon pepper and red bell pepper, and saute until shrimp turn pink.
- Mix shrimp mixture with pasta.
- Add cheese and toss until pasta is coated.
