Lemon or Lime Tofu Pie

Got this refreshing and healthful recipe from my Aunty!

  1. Dissolve jello in one cup hot water.
  2. Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
  3. Drain tofu and blend in blender until smooth.
  4. add lemon juice, jello, and half of cool whip.
  5. Blend mixture.
  6. Pour into pie crust.
  7. Spread remaininng cool whip on top of jello mixture.
  8. Refrigerate several hours.
  9. Optional: decorate pie with mandarin oranges.
