Lemon Infused Crab Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ounce cooked crabmeat
- 1 1⁄3 ounces daikon radishes
- 1 inch japanese cucumber
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt
Directions
- Pull the crab pieces apart into chunks.
- Cut the daikon and cucumber into thin rectangles, sprinkle with salt, knead gently and squeeze out the liquid.
- Combine all of the ingredients with the lemon juice.
