Lemon Ice Box Pie

This is one of my Grandmothers recipes. I hope you like it. It is really easy to make.

• Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

• 1  can  Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
• 3  egg yolks
• 4  lemons, juice of
• 1  graham cracker crust
•  Cool Whip, if desired

Directions

1. Beat egg yolks and lemon juice.
2. Add milk.
3. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
4. Pour into graham cracker crust.
5. Chill well before serving.
6. Top with Cool Whip- if desired.
