Lemon Honey Oven Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 -5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄4 cup honey (warmed)
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 425.
- In a bowl mix all but the olive oil.
- Pound chicken with a meat mallet until about 1/4" - 1/2" thick. Coat both sides of chicken with mixture.
- Drizzle a large glass baking dish with olive oil. Place chicken in baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes or until chicken registers 160 on a meat thermometer.
