Lemon Herb Salad Dressing

This recipe is from Rachel, my MIL. She notes that she obtained this recipe from a cookbook produced by her local YMCA.

Ingredients

• 6  tablespoons olive oil
• 6  tablespoons lemon juice
• 2  tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2  tablespoons garlic, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Use as an all-purpose dressing.
