Lemon Grass Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ounce lemongrass, chopped
- 10 mint leaves
- 15 cilantro leaves
- 2 ounces garlic
- 4 ounces red fresno bell peppers, seeded
- 1⁄4 cup fish sauce
- 1⁄4 cup corn syrup
- 3⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1⁄2 cup distilled vinegar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Directions
- Combine all of the lemongrass sauce ingredients into a blender. Puree the ingredients until the garlic and lemongrass are finely chopped.
