Ingredients
- 4 quarts chicken broth
- 10 lbs diced chicken
- 2 lbs turkey legs
- 3 lbs duck meat
- 5 bunches lemongrass
- 3 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 cups white rice
Directions
- heat chicken broth to simmer.
- prepare meats add to broth.
- add lemon grass to sopup.
- add ginger and cayenne pepper.
- bring to boil.
- add white rice.
- reduce to simmer let simmer 3 hours.
- serve hot.
