Lemon Grass Drink

Ingredients
- 1 lb lemongrass
- 2 quarts water
- 1⁄3 cup sugar (more if you must)
- ice
Directions
- Trim the lemon grass and chop roughly.
- Place water and lemon grass in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Cool to room temperature.
- Strain. Sugar to taste.
- Chill or serve over ice.
