Lemon Gelato Cups

Ingredients
- 4 scoops lemon gelato
- 2 lemons, cut in half, hollowed out and cleaned
- 1 teaspoon candied lemon peel
Directions
- Freeze cleaned lemon halves.
- Once lemon halves are fully frozen, place a scoop of gelato into the lemon "cup".
- Freeze again till firm.
- Just before serving garnish with candied lemon zest.
