Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
