I have not tried this lemon fluff. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe at Cooking In The Kitchen With Olum's. Options: strawberry, lime, cherry or any other flavor of gelatin can be used. Show more

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients

8 ounces whipped topping (small container)
12 ounces cottage cheese (small container)
4 ounces lemon gelatin
12 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained well (small can)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, gelatin goes in as powder.
Chill and serve with whipped topping.
