Lemon Float Punch

Ingredients
- 10 lemons, juice of (2 cups)
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
- 1 pint lemon sherbet, or
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
- lemon, half-cartweel slices
- fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Combine lemon juice and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Add water; chill.
- To serve, in large punch bowl, combine lemon mixture and ginger ale. Add small scoops of sherbert, lemon slices and mint.
