Lemon-Feta Eggs.

Yields: 2 plates
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2⁄3 juiced lemon (may use whole juiced lemon if desired)
- pepper, to taste
- oil, as needed
Directions
- Fry eggs in oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice over eggs.
- After the eggs are done, remove from heat and place in a bowl.
- Chop eggs with a knife, or squish with fingers.
- Crumble feta over the eggs, and add pepper as desired.
