Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1⁄2 ounces butter
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, curry powder, salt and sugar.
- Brush mixture over the chops and let stand for 2 hours to absorb the flavors.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, cook until golden brown on both sides.
