Lemon Cranberry Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh cranberries, cut in half
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
- Add wet to dry, mix until just combined.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Grease 12 muffin tins.
- Spoon in batter and bake for 16-18 minutes.
